In 2004 Omega's holding company, Omega International Group PLC, was admitted to the Alternative Investment Market of The London Stock Exchange.
In 2006, Omega commenced construction of a further extension to the factory complex which will take it up to 315,000 sq ft
In 2009, Omega International Group plc was de-listed from the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange.
