The Group's core business is the design, manufacture and marketing of branded kitchen furniture and related accessories for both the rigid and ready to assemble mid-market segments. The Group's product range is distributed and sold through a national network of specialist kitchen outlets, the majority of which are independent retailers. The Group's manufacturing, distribution and sales facilities are located in its 315,000 sq ft purpose built factory complex in Thorne, Doncaster, adjacent to the M18 motorway.

The Group markets products through four main brands: Charles Rennie Mackintosh, Sheraton, Omega and Chippendale. Charles Rennie Mackintosh and Sheraton offer bespoke, factory assembled rigid kitchen furniture targeted at the mid to upper priced segment of the kitchen market. The Omega and Chippendale brands, both ready to assemble kitchen furniture, are targeted at the lower-mid market priced segment upwards. These four brands are sold through over 650 specialist kitchen outlets throughout the UK.
